*The first 50% appraisal fee plus GST should be paid before or at the time of the inspection of your property. The rest of the appraisal fee plus GST should be paid before the report is submitted.

* We accept cash or cheques (paid to Dream Pursuit Real Estate Appraisal Service Inc.) at the time of inspection and also accept e-Transfers to Info@dreampursuitappraisal.com.
